Booking notes:
Booking is made with a 30% deposit to secure booking. Full payment due 8 weeks before departure. A reserve deposit of £150 will be added to the balance figure. This is required to cover the cost of any damage/breakages or if the apartment is left in a dirty condition and will be returnable after our management team has inspected the property.
Changeover Day:
Flexible. Please contact owners to make firm arrangements. Access on the day you arrive is after 16:00pm and you will need to vacate the apartment by 10:00am on departure day.
