This property has been granted a Tourist Licence by the Camara Municipal de Lagos. This ensures that all local regulations applicable to rented accommodation have been complied with.

There is dual action air conditioning with dehumidifiers in every room. Under floor heating throughout (available at extra cost ). Under ground and surface car parking.

NO SMOKING at all in apartment or on balconies.

NO ANIMALS allowed.

The apartment block has well kept landscaped irrigated gardens, secluded, communal swimming pool, children's pool. There are 4 solid teak sun loungers with mattresses provided for your exclusive use around the pool area. The balcony has its own outdoor dining table/seating and large umbrella.

On Arrival

On arrival at the airport your will be able to contact our agent who will arrange to meet you at the apartment and you will get the keys from them. Any questions you may have regarding your stay in Portugal they will be only to happy to answer.
