Getting to the apartment

Directions from the airport.

As most arrivals to the Algarve are through Faro airport the directions below describe how to get from there to the apartment by road.

Since the opening of the motorway the journey time from the airport has been reduced from a few hours to approximately 60 minutes.

Leave the airport complex and follow signs for A22 motorway, Lisboa and Portimao. The motorway is about 10 km from the airport. Join the motorway heading for Portimao and this will take you all the way to Lagos. Leave at junction 1 after the Lagos Area de Servico and join the link road to Lagos.

After 3 km - 4 km there are two roundabouts. The first you go straight across then at the end of the link road there is another round-about. Take the second exit for Lagos (N125). After a few hundred metres you come to a round-about. Take the first exit on the right into Rua Frederico Rato. After about 200 metres carry on across the next round-about onto Avenida Paul Harris. Continue on this road passing a school on the left until you reach a new roundabout. Take a right onto Christovo Colombo and follow the road towards the sea. Atfer passing Rua Baden Powell on the right bear left towards the distinctive apartment blocks.

Turn right into Rua Pero Escobar immediately before the apartment, keeping it on your left. There is ample parking off-road and inside the complex.
